📦 Orders Are Flying Out, But So Are Delivery Delays
We’re beyond grateful for the huge demand this season, it’s been incredible. But due to an overwhelming number of orders (and some delays from national couriers), here’s where things stand right now:
🕒 Dispatch Time
Our team is currently working around the clock to ship out every order. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of purchase from our Sydney warehouse.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on where you live and which delivery option you selected at checkout.

If you already placed an order with Free Shipping, your order is still on the way, but please be aware we cannot guarantee it will arrive before December 24. Thank you for your understanding!
