1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched from our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse, whichever is closer to your delivery address, to ensure the fastest delivery time.

2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST (Melbourne time) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping: Metro areas 1–3 business days · Regional 4–8 business days — $7.95 AUD per order (Free for orders over $100 AUD).

• Express Shipping: Next Day (Melbourne & Sydney) · Same Day (Metro Melbourne & Sydney before noon) — $15 AUD.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak-season demand.

4. Carriers

We use Australia Post, Sendle, and DHL. All orders include tracking, which is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact Support@aussiegames.com.au within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order details and photos if applicable.

6. Return-to-Sender / Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $29 AUD re-shipping fee will apply. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

7. Delays & Notifications

You’ll receive email updates and tracking once your order ships. If a delay occurs, we’ll contact you proactively and provide options if the estimated time extends beyond 10 business days.
